Refund Policy

Digital Content - Non-Refundable

Promptly specializes in digital content delivery. Once you purchase content and gain instant access, the transaction is final and non-refundable. This is consistent with industry standards for digital goods.

When Refunds Are Considered

Refunds may be granted only in these exceptional cases:

• Duplicate charge on the same transaction
• Unauthorized purchase (fraud)
• Technical failure preventing content access for 24+ hours
• Creator-removed content (after purchase)

How to Request a Refund

If you believe you qualify for an exception, contact support@dixinstant.com within 30 days of purchase with:

• Your transaction ID
• Detailed explanation of the issue
• Screenshots or proof of the problem

Processing Refunds

Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method. You will lose access to the content immediately upon refund approval.

Disputes & Chargebacks

Filing a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting us first may result in account suspension. We always prefer to resolve issues directly. Contact us before escalating to your payment provider.

Policy for Creators

Creators are responsible for content quality. Promptly maintains the right to remove content that violates policies, in which case we may offer refunds to affected purchasers.
